They fortify the spinal cord, regulate endocrine secretions, and balance the body and mind. Yogic practices improve resistance and purify the blood. The Centre offers Yogasana daily at 6.10am. The class focuses on an 8-fold path integrating health related asana, which not only benefit the body, but also emphasize deep breathing, relaxed movements and mental concentration.
