Other Important Terms and Condition / Notes during your stay at Centre:

  • Kindly bring with your own toiletries, Medical reports (if required) & Medicines (if you are taking regularly) and discuss thoroughly about it with concerned person.
  • Patients are required to involve themselves in all routine activities of the centre.
  • During the course of the stay, patients are not allowed to go out of the centre campus.
  • Use of tea, coffee, tobacco, alcohol, pan, and food items brought from outside are strictly prohibited.
  • Patients are strictly advised not use mobile phone & laptop at Treatment areas, Yoga Hall, Dining Hall and office area.
  • Reliance Jio & Vodafone network are better for communication compare to others like Idea, Airtel, BSNL etc.
  • Laundry service is available on chargeable basis.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Minimum 7 Days booking is required.

Check-In: Check-Out:
After 10:00 AM Before 09:00 AM

Check-Out after 12:00 hrs – Full day Room rate are charged. (Subject to availability).

Rates are subject to change.

Booking & Advance Policy:

  • As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof Aadhar Card, Driving licence ,Election Card (passport & Visa for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.
  • Admission charges INR 200/- per health gainer.
  • At least INR 5000 per health gainer need to be paid in Advance for booking confirmation.
  • Send us an email with the details of such Advance deposited and referring your Booking Id in the subject matter.
  • Guest booking will be treated as cancelled if the advance amount is not received within 10 days of blocking date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Within 72 hrs of Check-in OR No Show, Cancellation charges will be 5000 per health gainer.
  • On or Before 72 hrs of Check-in, Cancellation charges will be INR 2000 per health gainer.
  • Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
